pork bun – 160 kcal
cacio de pepe puffs – ≈100kcal
1 cup blueberries – 80 kcal
4 tb whipped cream – 30 kcal
matcha tea – 5kcal
total ≈565 kcal
Dinner:
*2nd slide (i shopped the second tender onto the pic that’s why it looks strange 😭):
*2 chicken tenders – ≈500 kcal; this was a guess, and i tried being safe at 250 kcal each. this could be slightly under or slightly over but i’m not going to worry about it too much.
Dessert:
root beer float ice cream bar (also from TJ’s!) – 115 kcal
Grand total: ≈1180-1280 kcals!
