

One of my favorite evening snacks to keep me full until bedtime. Frozen blackberries and blueberries, plain Greek yogurt with a scoop of chocolate protein powder mixed in, and chocolate chips. Sometimes if I have limited calories left, I do sugar free pudding as the base (you miss out on all the protein but it's very yummy.) If you haven't eaten your fruit frozen, I really recommend trying. I think it's the best.
