

Paneer = cottage cheese (very common in India)
Made by sautéing 1 big onions, 1 red+ 1/2 yellow + 1 green bell peppers in garlic oil. Added soy sauce, vinegar and water to it and cooked on high heat for 25 minutes.
At the end added 200 grams diced paneer.
