Found these protein wraps at Aldi today and blackened chicken strips at Costco! I also like the Tyson rotisserie style chicken strips which are the same cals/gram. The blackened chicken ones taste really close to Popeyes chicken! This is the easiest meal for when I'm tired and don't want to cook. The chicken strips are pre-cooked and can be air fried or just microwaved.

-1 wrap (Aldi): 120 cals, 12g protein, 10g fiber

-84g chicken (Costco): 110 cals, 20g protein

-28g mozzarella (Aldi): 80 cals, 6g protein

-30g bolthouse farms dressing (Walmart): all flavors are 50 cal or less- I use ceasar (50 cals), 2g protein. They also have regular ranch flavor which might be better with this wrap but this is what I have on hand.

-40g spinach (Aldi): ~12cals, ~1g protein. I stuff as much spinach as I can by crunching it up first, but 40 grams is pretty much the max I can fit.

I tend to mix and match cheeses, dressings, greens, and chicken flavors to make these. This is just one of the combos I like!
