    Try to go easy for the rest of today (high volume, low calorie), do some form of exercise, and get back on the wagon tomorrow

  3. Been there but it is good that you logged it and didn’t try to run from it. Emotions aside, this is a numbers game. You can always undo a mishap or just pick it up tomorrow!

    I also did know McDonald had a Oreo and creme pie. That sounds banging. Please don’t give me a reason to go there lol.

    hey that happened to me tuesday and i forgot abt it til i seen this LMFAOO my tip is to don’t think too much about it and don’t punish yourself . just continue the next day i promise its not worth to dwell over it and restrict yourself cause its gonna happen again .
