i know this looks unaesthetically pleasing but i just wanted to share my fav breakfast at the moment during my 1200 cut ( down 20lbs+ down 😘 ) .

overnight vanilla ice cream protein oats 🍨.

1/2 cup of quaker oats
3/4 cup of milk
1 scoop of vanilla oxy whey protein
one tb of chia seeds .
it’s so simple and makes me full all day and i love how it taste cold 🀀 . the chia seeds are full of fiber btw so prepare to run to the bathroom like i did πŸ™πŸ½
