


Meal #1:
PSL protein pancakes w/ sugar free low calorie syrup, 2x turkey sausage patties & 100g thawed frozen raspberries.
Meal #2:
Keto pan fried shrimp (with about 5 of them without the coating) w/ steamed broccoli and spicy ketchup.
Evening snack:
4 cups simply salted popcorn & 1x square of dark Belgium chocolate.

Less fiber than usual today but it’s whatever ‘cause I had some cravings I had to deal with lol. I’ve been working on perfecting this protein pancake recipe for a minute, now, and it’s getting pretty close :D. Got some psyllium husk powder today to try adding to the batter to thicken it up and add more fiber so hopefully that’s the last thing it needs.
I had a hankering for fried shrimp but the usual flour dredge, egg wash and bread crumb coat didn’t fit in my macros so I subbed out the flour and bread crumbs for some seasoned almond flour and it actually turned out pretty good! I’d definitely make it again!
