


I was cramping hard today starting right after my first meal of the day so I lowkey phoned it in for pics 2 & 3 but we got there 💪🏼.
Meal #1 was BOMB though! I added some vegan “ground beef” to my egg white scramble for some extra protein and fiber and it really bulked it out 🤩
If y’all haven’t tried the quest protein chips (specifically the loaded taco flavor) I highly recommend. They’re delicious 😋. It’s super helpful to have low effort options to fall back on when I don’t feel like cooking.
Pic #3 was my first attempt at making keto fat bombs but they didn’t end up setting like they should so I just portioned out what would’ve been 2 servings and had them anyway xD. I’m not doing the keto diet (I do moderate low carb, instead. Not willing to give them up completely lol) but I was seriously lacking in fats for the day so this was my lazy solution lol.

Oh goodness this is not nearly enough to sustain you. When you’re sick you need more than your normal tdee, and you’re definitely already under eating as it is. :s
