breakfast was high fibre (five grain) porridge with sliced cherries, chocolate protein + some cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkled on top 🍒🍫

lunch was half of an abe’s low carb bagel covered with laughing cow cream cheese spread on top, scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon + a side salad of butter leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum and for the dressing I mixed Greek yoghurt with pickle juice!! so yum 🥯🍗🥗

afternoon snack was an almond latte (not pictured), then some Greek yoghurt sprinkled with cinnamon, low-cal chocolate sauce and mixed frozen berries 🍓🍇 and yes that is a GIANT frozen strawberry in the middle of my bowl 😂

dinner was my low-cal version of a chicken carbonara pasta!! I use wide shiritaki noodles (drain, rinse, cover in boiled water for 5ish mins, then dry fry for a nice consistency), melted laughing cow cheese (I used 3 wedges), slow cooked chicken breast and mushrooms, along with some diced turkey bacon 🥓🍝
