    This meal is deceptively filling and feels miles away from “diet” food.

    Chicken breakfast sausage is such a game changer. It tastes just as good as pork sausage with less than half the cals. I prefer it over turkey sausage.

    Also grapes with cheese is one of my go to snacks and this week I was like *why is that not a breakfast food?* so now it is!

    (before anyone complains, yes I like my eggs well done to avoid the “bodily excretions” vibes I get from soft and jammy eggs)
