This was an absolutely delicious breakfast and also quite filling. I really loved how crispy it got on top. I used the following recipe though I substituted 1/3 cup liquid egg whites for the eggs and Stevia for the maple syrup. I plugged in approximate nutrition facts in ChatGPT so you can see the calories per serving (important lesson here, when I first had it calculate nutrition facts, it calculated about 300 cal per serving, which seemed off when I recalculated mentally. I then asked it to show me how it calculated and recalculate its answer, and it realized it was completely off, taking the calculation from nearly 300 cal per serving to under 100 cal per serving. So if you are using ChatGPT for nutrition, make sure you are checking the results!)
