I started this because I took an InBody scan ~6 months ago that said I was 29% bodyfat. 5’3 120 pounds. I’ve since been weightlifting and training ~5days a week, 1200 calories, and ~100g/protein a day. (Yes I am tracking). I took another scan today and it told me I am obese at 30% bodyfat. 112 pounds. I literally started sobbing I feel so discouraged. I can’t increase my calorie consumption because then my weight goes up. What gives????
