    i recommend adding some healthy fats to keep u full!! 3g of fat just doesn’t seem like enough for a meal- maybe add some more nuts/seeds? unless u have more fats throughout the day- then u can ignore me lol

    I love those colorful yoghurt fruit bowls. I usually mix in some protein powder into the yoghurt so I can conveniently meet my needs and also sweeten/flavour the yoghurt at the same time
