This portion was 1/3 of the recipe (1236cal, 68g protein in the full pan). I did use carbe diem as the pasta, if you use normal pasta it would add around 360-400cal to the full recipe. This was a pretty big portion, it could definitely be split into 4-5 portions instead of 3, especially if you wanted to add chicken or a side salad or something. The recipe actually suggests that it makes 5 servings, but we wanted bigger portions.
