I just want to post the food I eat, so I can push myself even more
Breakfast: Some left-over, mushy (💀) chicken noodles
Snack one: Ice cream for my sore throat
Dinner: Cucumber Salad with yogurt and fish
Snack two: Watermelon
Dinner: Berry, chocolate (whey) porridge with some chocolate spread on top

I sadly can't go to the gym at the moment, because I have a cold, but I took a slow walk
