Recipe
500 gr flour
743 ml milk
257 sparkling water
6 eggs
A pinch of salt
You can put 50/50 milk and water to lower the calories more
Mix the ingredients, put in in the fridge for 30 min. Grease the pan with a bit of oil with a cooking brush (I used 20 ml sun flower oil for the whole recipe) and fry each crêpe.
You can fill them with whatever you want.

  1. activelyresting on

Do you typically make 30 crepes?

When you say you can do the milk 50-50 with water, is that also sparkling water or plain?

Also I love that you input eggs in English and not ouă, I don’t know why it just struck me as cute

  2. My wife is making the same, filled with east European type cottage cheese with some lemon peel and sugar. And now it’s a protein heavy low calorie snack.

  3. I use 100% sparkling water when making crepes, but you need to add a bit of sweetener to compensate, so the calories are even lower
