

My deficit is currently 1,700 – weighing 183 pounds and wanting to lose weight in a year, slowly but sustainably (hopefully). I was extra full with my meals today! I wasnāt expecting it to be just 1218 calories.
I go to the gym at 5 in the morning, then have the protein shake at 8 ish, lunch at 11, snacks in between and then dinner at 5.
