Not the best looking photo but I just mix it all together and make these homemade breakfast bowls! I use the airfryer so no extra butter/oil calories.

2 poached eggs (142 calories and 12 grams protein total)
2.5oz of no oil shredded potatoes (50 cals and 1.5 grams protein)
3 Jimmy Deans turkey sausage links (130 calories and 13 grams of protein)
