

Portion control is so important. I really wanted sausage biscuits for breakfast (Southern problems). So I used biscuit mix made with water and my favorite sausage patties. And even with my giant tea latte it comes in at 435 cal, and hits my protein and carb goals.

What is a “tea latte”? I love both tea and lattes!
What ratio did you use for a small serving? I tried to make a small serving of biscuits once with bisquick and let’s just say it didn’t go well
