there’s this brand called fullgreen that they sell at supermarkets here in the uk (i’m not sure if it’s a brand they sell in other countries too?) – it’s 200g for the entire bag with 2 x 100g servings at 19 kcal each (whole bag = 38 kcal).
but with a quick search on the usda database (and generally online), it seems that cauliflowers are 25 kcal / 100g. ik this isn’t a massive difference but was just wondering how fullgreen’s one seems to be lower in calories…? the other thing is some supermarkets have their own riced cauliflower too with different serving sizes – eg tesco has frozen bags at 30 kcal / 150g, asda has frozen bags at 70 kcal / 200g, pack’d branded organic cauliflower rice is at 17 kcal / 50g and m&s does one at 21 kcal / 100g. just curious as to what gives the differences in calories? 😅 i mean the fullgreen one is kind of soggy so idk if it’s the water / liquid (?) making it slightly under 200g of actual cauliflower
