TIP: Using a panini press for the grilled cheese is a GAME CHANGER. I make all sorts of low cal paninis with this bad boy.
Macros could be worse for comfort food. I used 2 slices of cheese bc I like mine extra cheesy but you could use 1 slice for a 150 cal sandwich. You could add some more low cal fruits and veggies to round out the meal.
