
trying to add more protein to my meals ik it’s pretty low! also need more veggies & fruits ik! but this is what i had today 😀
breakfast: toast with pesto & prosciutto, and one with herb & garlic cheese (275)
snack: cinn. toast crunch & almond milk (185)
lunch: hot dog (160c)
snack: 6 pretzel bites with mustard (310c)
dinner: italian wedding soup (200c)
desert: more cinnamon toast crunch (170)
