




hi!! todays meals were rly mushy i wish i ate something i could chew on like chicken. i worked today so it was really hard to eat on a schedule, i basically had everything pictured at 9pm. I wasnāt really hungry but wanted to try to get at least some good macros and calories in.
breakfast: medium movie theater popcorn, not pictured (550cals)
dinner: yogurt (90cals) with chocolate covered pistachios (80cals) pineapple (85cals) salad- arugula, cucumbers, peppers, balsamic dressing and wontons(65cals) and chicken noodle soup (200cals)
dessert: corn muffin (200cals)
