

His: a lot of calories, very little carbs
Mine: salad with tomato and light dressing, baby cauliflower, turkey burger on a low carb spinach wrap with feta, pecans, cranberries, mustard, and a tiny bit of raspberry vinaigrette.
For the guts of the wrap, I took one of those cute lil low calorie pre packaged bowl salads and used the healthier parts. Didn’t use the pita crisps and more than half the dressing. Definitely recommend!
