I want to eat healthier but I hate being hungry. I made a delicious (and huge) California Roll bowl for lunch and wanted to share. Comes out to 400 calories.

I modified this recipe I found. Added a ton of greens and I mixed the mayo into the crab instead of topping the bowl.

My version: \
Half cup white rice. \
Crab sticks – one serving. \
2 tb mayo. \
A lot of sriracha. \
One handful chopped lettuce. \
One sliced cucumber. \
(Skipped the avocado).

Note: this isn’t my recipe and I definitely didn’t plate mine as cute!

    Bowl recipes are totally my thing right now. I’ll probably replace the mayo with cashew cream and do baked salmon instead of crab. Also might give it more calories with some eel sauce, though. So excited for this!
