So I haven’t exactly been counting calories while I’ve been on my weight loss journey. Mostly just been having success through intermittent fasting.
So I decided to count up the calories I have been eating on a typical week day and I noticed that it technically qualifies me for this sub.
I haven’t really talked anywhere online about my weight loss. I’ve wanted to but held back. I think it has mainly to do with bad body image. Encouragement and suggestions on other high protein/yummy foods are appreciated.
