Threw all these ingredients in a mug and a microwave not expecting much. What I ended up with was a rich chocolatey mug cake brownie that hits the spot without even really tasting like cottage cheese. No protein powder so no cardboard taste.

I topped with PB2 for extra protein but next time I'm going to throw in some strawberries. This is definitely going to be a forever recipe anytime I'm on a cut. If anyone experiments, please share.

    How long did you microwave for, and did you do any blending for the cottage cheese or just stir it all up?
