It’s too hot for cooking! (Toast doesn’t count 😅). Mashed avocado mixed with lemon juice, thyme from my garden and salt on top of Lidl Farmers Bread then sprinkled with lemon zest, pink salt and pepper with strawberries on the side. I also mixed in collagen peptides with the avo mash for protein. Iced black coffee to drink. 320ish calories and a good mix of fat, fiber and protein. Yum!
