
2 slices of cinnamon raisin bread (with cream cheese spread on both slices), and a simple tuna wrap that has sliced up eggs in it (the tuna does, anyway…it's how my sister makes it). I also have a mug of coffee.
According to my Lose It app, the bread is 160 cal, the tuna wrap is 216, and the coffee is only 2. So…378 cal in total?
I actually wanted just a sliced up hardboiled egg to go with the bread, but my sister used the last of the eggs to make the tuna, lol! Oh, well! I did not add in the cream cheese…mostly because I was lazy…but, I'm also bad at math, so I have no idea exactly how much I put on my bread (other than I know it's not too much).
