Clearly better suited for people who only eat a couple of times a day and prefer filling, long-lasting meals or on a big workout day!

Ingredients (makes four servings):
1 cup oats – I cook them in vegetable broth
2 avocados (1/2 avocado per bowl)
32-64oz cherry tomatoes (I put 2 cups per bowl)
1 can black beans (I use 1/3 cup per bowl)
Cilantro
Feta cheese
Four eggs

Instructions:
Cook oats to package instructions, can use chicken or veggie broth for flavor
Prepare black beans per package instructions
Boil eggs to your liking

Divide the oats and beans into four bowls. Can refrigerate them together for later reheating if meal prepping
Refrigerate the boiled eggs to halve and add the morning of consumption
Wash and chop the tomatoes (8oz – 16oz per bowl) the morning of consumption
Wash and chop cilantro the morning of consumption
Cube half an avocado the morning of consumption
Add 1oz feta to bowl

Reheat oats and beans
Top bowls with aforementioned portions
