

Found this small serving cottage cheesecake recipe from Feel Good Foodie on Instagram. Cream cheese upsets my stomach, so this was a great alternative when I was craving chocolate cheesecake.
I shared the original recipe for anyone that wants it, but I tweaked mine. I made mine without a crust. I also added 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 3 tbsp almond flour. I used 2% cottage cheese and 0% fat skyr instead of Greek yogurt.
The entire thing was around 445 calories (I ate just under half, which felt satisfying to me and fulfilled my craving). The taste, imo, is pretty close to regular cheesecake, and the consistency/texture was very close, if not identical.
