I used 100 ml coconut-rice milk, about 250 ml coffee, rum aroma, a bit of sweetener and 3 grams of agar agar powder. They’re about 15-20 calories for this batch (rest is still in the fridge, entire recipe is 38 calories).
I do think other plant based milk might work better, maybe I’ll try oat next time!

Wow this looks like a great idea. I’ve used agar for vegan cheeses but never a dessert. Well except one time I tried to make jello “water” for Swedish fish when my kid was in preschool and it came out like dark purple goo, but let’s not talk about that. 😅
