Spicy tuna (trader Joe's tuna packet, sriracha, and mayo), half cup rice with rice vinegar, half avocado, half baby cuke, 1 oz neufchatel cheese, steamed baby carrots, and blistered shishito peppers (1 tbsp evoo) on spinach and arugula topped with furikake and everything but the bagel seasoning. It was more calories than I meant for it to be (especially for one meal) but I do IF for breakfast and eat at 1/2 pm. Having a light dinner too. Ignore my chipped plate. He's imperfect but I love him.
