  • 0% yogurt with blueberries and raspberries

Snack after lunch

  • Oasis tropical sorbet 🍦

Dinner

  • Mussels with mushroom, Konjac noodles and cream

  • Broccoli, cauliflower and romanesco

  • Snack plate with carrot salad, goat cheese, raw carrots, pickles and hummus

  • Full fat yogurt

  • Watermelon raspberries and blueberries

Wow, that salty breakfast was actually a game changer! Felt so full throughout the day, even left too much cals for dinner! Will try to balance it better 🙂
