Not the freshest food day, but I satisfied some cravings, which is important for me to stay on track.

I'm intermittent fasting, so all of this was consumed between 12pm-4pm, and I'm not too concerned with volume eating since I can only eat so much in my eating window.

  • Protein coffee with Fairlife chocolate protein shake and 4oz. cold brew concentrate: 151 calories

  • 134g cosmic crisp apple: 96 calories

  • Chicken caesar wrap: 510 calories

  • Legendary Foods protein pastry (this is so damn good warmed up; a game changer for a chocoholic like me!): 180 calories
