Dude same! I used to be a “I’m just going to go as long as I can without eating,” person. Guess who doesn’t even change out of their work clothes before raiding my fridge when I get home? Me.

I used to be a breakfast skipper, but I realized I have so much more energy and mental clarity during the first half of the day if I eat breakfast. Now that’s what gets me out of bed. When I skipped breakfast, I’d get so ravenous by early afternoon. I used to consume the bulk of my daily calories as my afternoon snack, and then sometimes binge the rest of the night. I think for me, it’s better to spread meals and snacks throughout the day.

To each his own. Eating more regular smaller, snack like portions helps to keep me going throughout the day. Others do better with just a few, larg(er) meals!

Why did you measure it at 1.5 eggs? It seems like a pretty standard sized egg.
Where can I find that sausage brand?
