OH MY GOODNESS! This is my new favorite meal! It was sooo filling and it’s way larger than it looks in photo!

Konjac noodles are low cal, but very lacking in flavor. I added 2 servings of truffle Alfredo (my fav), peas, mushrooms, and spinach- with some Italian shredded cheese on top as I loveeee that

I added seasonings which I didn’t log as I don’t think it amounted to much- oregano, parsley, black pepper, salt, garlic powder

This was super easy to make, delicious- and again, SO FILLING! Only 272 calories makes this such a great meal to try!
