
I figured it would be a nice treat when I was doing my shopping last week, since I regularly keep other family size crisps in and just portion out 20-40g portions no problem, as well as other foods I used to eat whole packets of like biscuits etc…
Guess that's something to revisit in another few months at least!

Iāve learned this lesson so many times. Iām hoping it has finally stuck. I can not keep treats in the house and I will not eat them in a reasonable manner if they are. Haha.

4 years in and I’ve learned to fill a ramekin up and then dont refill. Even then, like last night, a few drinks and I just grab the bag… sigh. donuts and potato chips are my Achilles heel.

They often remind us (and themselves), āDonāt bring the devil home with you ā They have a 3 strikes rule where, if a specific food triggers them to go off track 3 times, they accept that they canāt trust themselves to moderate that food and therefore donāt buy it.

Try fresh sliced cucumbers with salt & vinegar. Might be a good low calorie substitute.
