Breakfast 🤌

  • Half an almond croissant
  • Half a pistachio "escargot"

Lunch

  • Pasta with cream, mushroom and lots of chicken
  • Radishes, pickles, sushi ginger
  • 0% yogurt (can barely see it)

Dinner

  • Garlic “crusted” roasted zucchini
  • Roasted potatoes and pepper
  • Grilled chicken
  • Broccoli and cauliflower
  • Cherry tomatoes and pickles
  • Carrot soup

Absolutely delicious day, started "unhealthy" but made up for it with good choices, it’s all about balance 🙂
