Had a sad day and I was craving pasta, so came up with this! Can definitely cut back on some ingredients/fully cut them out, but I had some things in my fridge I wanted to get rid of (bought before starting my 1200 journey)

Farfelle pasta: 60g (214cal)

Salted butter: 11g (79cal)

Garlic: 4 cloves, 8g (11cal)

Cream cheese: 24g (85cal)

Unsweetened almond milk: A splash (~8cal)

Grated parm: 15g (60 cal)

Lemon juice: half of a lemon

Salt, pepper, parsley, red pepper flakes to taste!

Pasta water to thin out sauce to desired consistency ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

Next time, I would use light butter and reduced fat cream cheese, as well as protein pasta, but this is what I had on hand.

I had this with a side of 5 Morningstar farms buffalo wings for 210 calories just to add a little protein ๐Ÿ™‚
