  1. How many calories is this? I might have to try it, I love peaches but never thought to put them in yogurt

Pistachio butter is the single most delicious substance on the planet. I cannot have it in the house!

  3. Ooh I do this exact same thing, like seriously exactly the same with weighing on the scale & everything except I usually do just banana in mine for fruit! Greek yogurt with honey, cinnamon and banana is like my favorite snack tbh 🥰 I have it a few times a week after my runs. I’m currently doing 1200 to 1400 cals/day depending on my activity level to lose weight (I’m a 5ft 3 woman so my maintenance calories are like 1900/day with moderate exercise) and it’s one of my favorite ways to get protein in without lots of calories.

  4. im old. and i just learned from this that it’s easier to weigh the remaining food rather than try to weigh what you took out for certain things. fuck

    Second picture: more fruit, excellent!

Third picture: all right, all right, all right!

FORTY-SEVENTH PICTURE: there is. So. MUCH. FRUIT.
