  1. I don’t understand why ppl in this sub get so fixated and caught up in numbers. Look at the ingredients and producers before you look at the calorie count. Like it’s very redundant if you are trying to be healthy but eating this. Lil bites are good, but they are lil bites. About 4 bites. Doesn’t even put a dent in an appetite. Not to mention the processed, cheap junk that makes up these things. Eating this gets you nowhere. Make your own muffins ffs.
