    Ingredients

    •2 Low Carb Tortilla shells

    •¼ cup tomato sauce

    •⅓ cup mozzarella cheese

    •6-10 slices of pepperoni

    •½ jalapeno

    Directions
    Take a cup and press down on the tortilla shells to cut out a circle ring from the shell. Cut out enough circles as mini pizzas that you would like to have. Spray a cupcake liner with cooking spray and place the tortilla rings inside each hole. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce, top with mozzarella cheese and top with your desired toppings. Add remaining cheese over top of toppings. Bake in the oven at 425 for 5 minutes then turn broiler to high and cook until tops of pizza are brown 1-2 minutes.
