Holy crap it is delicious. Because this yogurt isn’t super sour, it provides that nice mix of tang and creaminess that’s I find quite resembles the dip mixes of my youth that mix sour cream and mayo.
Edit to add:
100g portion is 87 cal, 4.3g fat, 9.3g carbs, 1.9g protein

Holy crap. As a celiac person that also can’t do dairy, this looks great

That is my favorite yogurt! It’s strangely cheaper than silk, but the texture is great.

I might try this! I usually get the Kite Hill greek style yogurt, but I can only ever find it in tiny containers. I always use it as a sour cream sub in Mexican dishes. I never thought to add French Onion seasoning!

I use the Forager yogurt to make sauces! It makes the best alfredo sauce. Just heat up the yogurt an add nooch, onion and garlic powder, maybe a pinch of Italian seasoning and you have a silky and hearty Alfredo sauce. It’s absolutely all i use now for cream sauces.

I LIVE for this snack. I have it with Popchips and always end up re-weighing everything in disbelief of how much I can have for so few calories and so much protein. I’m just always sure to drink lots of water with it because it is quite high in sodium.
