I’ve had Doux De Montagne that looks very similar to that.
Edit: just saw your comment saying it’s hard, it’s probably not this then because it’s quite a soft cheese.

Does it taste kinda like a buttery Parmesan? If so, then it’s definitely Manchego, one of my favourites!
