My go to for an easy breakfast or light dinner. Load with berries. 50/60 cal per cup dry, and around 100 cal with a 1/2 cup of non fat milk. Add a drizzle of honey and it almost tastes like Honey Smacks.
My go-to is 30 grams of a neutral but substantial cereal (usually plain Cherrios), 15 grams of one of these puffy bois, and then 15 grams of a fun/sweet cereal. Get a good bit of volume, texture, and sweetness.
