I recently discovered this amazing pancake mix at Whole Foods, and it’s been a game-changer. It tastes way better than making them from scratch with almond powder – it’s smoother and packed with protein! Just half a cup mixed with water (lactaid protein milk for extra protein boost) makes 5 waffles in my minu waffle maker. I topped two with homemade berry syrup for an extra touch of sweetness and froze the extras for later in the week!
