    I still track those days like normal. For me it’s not only about sticking perfectly to my calorie goals, but also just a diary of everything I’ve eaten. Fibre, carbs, protein, micronutrients, etc. Even if I just estimate and I’m way over.

    Sometimes if I’ve had a big meal that I have no ideal how to track, I just use a food in LoseIt called “Calories” and guesstimate. The calorie content for me is less important than being accountable.

    (My specific situation is a 15 course tapas at a local spa I go to occasionally. Delicious, 5 star food. Calories likely aren’t that high because it’s mostly local seafood and vegetables, but I usually stick about 1500 in there. But I’m definitely not logging 15 individual tiny portions, haha!)
