

My favorite thing my mom would make growing up! Just brown the beef in a pan + seasoning, cut up the potatoes, throw everything in a pot and bring it to a boil, then simmer for an hour or two. I used tomato paste this time around, but tomato sauce is preferred. I add salt to taste at the end. Sometimes I throw some fresh cabbage in the bowl while it’s still hot and it’s really good!
