

I’m new to all of this, so is there something I’m not getting? Some science that my app is doing that I don’t understand?
Context:
I’ve been aiming for 1,151 calories a day because my LoseIt app says that’s the budget at the top of the daily screen. (Screenshot #1) But when I go to my goal settings, it’s set to a minimum budget is 1,200 (Screenshot #2). What’s that all about? Have I been going under when I don’t need to?
